Pain has many faces and forms; the key is to allow the pain to be uncomfortable while you grow from the old shell. If you hold on to long to unresolved traumas, without processing, then the pain burrows more profound into the consciousness of our DNA. . .

The elements of building a brand and the role it plays in creating brand affinity across the broad spectrum of consumers has become increasingly important over the last few decades. As products, in general, become increasingly commoditized and indistinguishable in their features, the luminescence of the brand itself is what ultimately attracts consumers. When reflecting the meaning of (and our affinity for) a brand back on ourselves – there’s a fascinating, complex framework in how we choose to identify power, status, and most importantly, ourselves and our identity, through our adherence to brands, labels, and titles.

The Divine Trinity is the Physical (includes mental), the Emotional (includes soul), and the Spiritual (Includes source) energies of the human condition, which all require balance. Balance is the onset of the linear perspective; when we open our hearts to its genuine voice, we begin to see into the tertiary mind—., which is the 3rd Eye. From here, we gain an Arial understanding of selves and not just a point of view from a singular perspective of existence.

Spongebob represents the tertiary aspect of cognitive dissonance. But if we take the time to slow down, relax and digest the situation through cognitive response and reasoning, we can then witness us the observer, observing its self as a component of practical outcome based on free will.

Do you know that saying "there’s a thin line between love and hate"? Well, I figure in my mind they're referring to the concept of Reflection Love (Light) & Absorption Love (Dark). Both vulnerable states of being yet extremely valuable to gaining patience with self. This inner balance equals loyalty to the soul and trust of the Spirits guiding us. Which is translated through a state of gratitude and not just stating it.

Nothing is definitive. Some are finite and right outside of that is a boundless world that is still waiting, not to be discovered or conquered but cultivated and loved. As I began, there is light & dark in all; we all grow from the dark womb of the earth then out into the light from the wombs of our mothers. Energy is innate; energy is a gift. It is literally how I'm communicating with you right now in this current second.

Do you see how it's a virus (distraction) + war and economic crisis? The old Linear system is trying to prevail, and it's time that we all are finally able to recognize the shift in time. Whoever has the most concentrated energy at the time of a decade, the change will control the dominant power and then force those around us to assimilate to the new "trend of behavior suddenly."

The heart is the soul because it's the very first organ we develop as embryos, it is the first thing the spirit incarnates life into, it’s the first thing full-bodied humans acknowledge as life existing. The heart is also the very first sound we hear as life from our mother's womb, the same throbbing heart which soothes you innately came from your grandmother's love and was then translated into your mother's understanding of love itself. The bond between child and mother is so profound because our lives begin inside of our mothers first. Like the depths of the darkest oceans, always near the unknown, yet still connected to the source of life.

Brands, labels, titles, it’s interesting how we, as humans have chosen to identify power, status, ourselves. For me, it all started when I was in elementary school in Michigan, I was out playing with my friends during recess, and one of the teachers walked right up to me and asked if I played any sports. I looked to them in awe, instantly they spouted out, ". . .

Hmm, where would I start? I suppose at the beginning, where it all started. Trauma for me started in the womb and continued throughout most of my life. Some of it from external sources like domestic violence and sexual abuse. Some of it was from internal sources . . .

What if we spoke up and emptied our hearts of those deep dark thoughts? The so-called “too- dark” ones, that creep up almost out of nowhere all the time? . . . seemingly just to eat away at our peace of mind!

The heart is the strongest electromagnetic field in our bodies, we utilize and harness its energy to attract, perceive and deflect what will serve our betterment for survival as a species. The mind of the ego is only a conductor of the brain, which is only an organ which serves its purpose for cognitive reasoning, creating the chemistry to power the body and allow the soul to re-connect with our innate emotions of guidance & protection.

SYNOPSIS: Focus on Prioritizing your Loves, getting to those require shadow work of shedding the ego-mind and allowing permeability of self to resonate. Allowing an emotion to feel is making space for growth to occur, holding in said emotion prevents the soul from being nurtured.
